This extremely rare Vintage Bakelite Parure purchased directly from the private Collection of Ginger Moro by me years ago and was featured in Lillian Baker's book "Plastic Jewelry of the Twentieth Century" which was recently updated by Ginger Moro and Karima Parry. The set consists of an incredible chunky 32 inch necklace comprised of alternating links of black and marbled spinach bakelite rings, a 8 inch bracelet and TWO pairs of earrings, one black, one marbled spinach green - 1.5 X .5 clip earrings. This is a true Statement parure. I have never seen another one as incredible as this. I have included lots of photos so that you can get an understanding of how spectacular this set is.

Incredible double strand 22 inch necklace by Yves Saint Laurent. This double strand necklace features two chunky deep blue marbled bakelite discs, 1.7" X .75". This necklace has the 1980's YSL Hangtag. During the 1980's YSL created many limited edition couture designs for small boutiques using limited quantities of vintage bakelite stock. These necklaces are highly collectible and prized for their unique style and limited availablity. This is a set of 5 FIVE matched vintage Bakelite bangle bracelets.This set consists of a green, deep burgundy/brown, cherry red, black and butterscotch bracelet which is 1 inch wide, all the others are .75 inches wide. When Bakelite bangles were originally made, the designs were often available in more than one color. In the past sixty or so years these bangles have scattered to the four corners of the earth, and reassembling a matched set today requires dedication and patience and can take years to accomplish. A fine matched set of Bakelite bangles like these are rarely available for sale. Insurance is included in the cost of shipping.

Incredible green carved Bakelite dress clips measure 2.75 inches in length. They are just wonderful miniature pieces of art. The carving is similar to some bracelets on my site. They are perfect companion. Dress Clip sets are becoming more difficult to find. These are just the most beautiful color of green.

Fabulous Lipstick Red vintage bakelite buckle bracelet.This bracelet is a rarely seen piece as the hinges and buckles were often broken and lost. Measuring 1.25 inches wide this bracelet is a genuine statement piece. In incredible condition, the only restoration is to the original "snap" which has been replaced with a most reliable magnet mechanism that looks original to the piece. The original hardware and buckle are in very good condition as you can see in the photos. I have included photos to show as much as possible about this this very rare and very fun vintage bakelite bracelet. Insurance is included in the shipping cost. Wonderful Florenza Parure consists of the Necklace, Bracelet and earrings. These have what is known as a "special" stone, a watermelon topaz and green chaton. The necklace is hallmarked on each segment the other pieces are only signed once. This parure is in good vintage condition. It has some fading of the flatback marquis cabachons and the finish has normal wear for the age. This is circa 1949-1955. About Florenza...Dan Kasoff started producing jewelry in the early 1930's. The Florenza name was first used in the late 1940's and the company ceased operation in 1981. This parure is in great wearable condition and difficult to find.

Beautiful hand carved Bakelite Bead necklace, beads are approx 17 inches long, gorgeous marbled olive/jade green. Heavily deep carved, these type necklaces are getting harder to find. Bakelite beads are separated by a brass bead.
