Kenneth Jay Lane fine english bone china bracelet by Royal Worcester. Kenneth Jay Lane designed a line of exquisitely hand painted porcelain bracelets, pendants and collars in "best times" he had walking the samples through the processes by hand himself. These porcelain pieces are somewhat rare as they are difficult to find in perfect condition as they are porcelain. I suspect most people bought them as collectibles rather than for wearing. I am including some photos of the necklaces and hang tags. Necklaces and hang tags are NOT included only the bracelet which came with a similarly styled pair of earrings, they are not attributed to KJL, but I will include them for you as a gift, they are a nice companion pair. Last documented sale of one of these rare porcelain pieces is 2001 Christies sold a necklace for $470. This is a prized bracelet for any collector of KJL. Bracelet has a circular cut on the inside, this would be the stilt mark where the bracelet was held during the kiln firing, this is not a flaw. Please see the companion bracelet I have available for sale, purchase both and receive a substantial discount!!

Diachroic/Alexandrite Bakelite: Azure Blue Prystal Bakelite bracelet was an exciting discovery by Brandon Welch, Bakelite Artist. This vintage blue prystal bracelet was newly dotted by Brandon. When he polished the bracelet we thought was applejuice he made this remarkable discovery. 1.25 inches wide and very thick this bracelet is substantial. Brandon Welch is an avid Nouveau and Deco jewelry collector with a focus on Bakelite and early plastics. He is an experienced sculptor of 15 years with work in many mediums. These last few years more and more of his focus has become Bakelite. With Bakelite Jewelry, Brandon brings the finesse of a jeweler. Brandon has an extensive palette of genuine vintage Bakelite material to choose from, to create these original pieces. I am proud to offer a line of signed hand sculpted and inset Vintage Bakelite bracelets and custom crafted pins created by Brandon . These pieces have been created with the same time honored techniques, from Vintage Bakelite rods and tubes, manufactured before 1940. Prystal bakelite bangles are difficult to find, and the Azure Blue is one of the most difficult. This bracelet is featured in the Antique Trader online on February 10th, 2011 in an article by Kathy Flood, noted author.
