| A small marble head of a Buddha from the Tang period, Shaanxi province. Height 9,5cm. Although the features show wear it is still a lovely piece. The grey background I used in most of the pictures doesn't do good to it. Some additional pictures with a different background do more justice to the facial features. Included a simple wooden stand on which it stands loose. | |||||||||||||||
