| High quality gold brocaded silk fragment with two birds, early Kangxi, 2nd half 17th century. It was possibly part of a chair cover and altered in Tibet into some sort of liturgical patchwork. Although just a fragment the silk is in perfect condition with all of the flat gold weaving intact and the colours fresh. Framed with museum quality UV reflecting glass. Dim.: 51x36,5cm (frame), bird weaving 42 x 28 cm. Reduced in price from 2.500 euro to 1.650 euro. | ||||||||||
