Two tres charming wine or water jug from the country side of France. Used in a lot of rural pubs for either wine or water. They are made of oak with either brass(left) or copper(right bands and spouts. Highly decorative and definitely a conversation starter!
The one on the left, oak with brass bands stands 10" tall and is about 5" across the widest point. The one on the right, oak with copper bands, stands 11 3/4" tall and about 5" across widest point! You could start a collection!

The very collectable Vintage French Zinc Fragments. Fragments from long pieces of ornaments used to decorate mason during the first part of the last century. Please see the last photo for example. Today, we use them as stand alone decorative pieces by mounting them on a stand or block. Lovely patina.

Long ago these vintage zinc pieces were hammered out in long lengths to decorate houses in Europe. (see additional photos) After reconstruction, many of these decorations were destroyed. But I found a whole box full of them and am offering them to you! They can be mounted as decoration, or worked into a sconce shade. Use your imagination!
