Stunningly beautiful! Almost a lost art. The hand made half-shades, made in Italy by a friend of mine in Venice! She has been making these all of her life and enjoys using antique and vintage fabric! You can see them in the designer books and magazines, but they are very difficult to find outside of Europe. This pair is using a more modern column shape with a 2-tone yellow gold on beige lion design Fortuny fabric. Trimmed in satin. They have clips on the back so they will attach to any size standard sconce sleeve. |
