| Biggs Jasper is stunning picture jasper and is generally a dark brown jasper containing beautiful swirls, bands, lines and arches. The bands and lines come in colors of light brown, tan, yellow, gray-brown and blue. This wonderful Biggs jasper was discovered while constructing Interstate 84 through Sherman County, near Biggs, Oregon. The freeway now covers the find and this kind of material is very scarce. I will sell more of this beautiful jasper in the future from my personal collection. Sorry for some of the reflections of my camera and the lightning. This beauty with he rare blue and brown color is polished on one side and is 50 mm long, 16 mm wide on top, 30 mm wide on the bottom and 5 mm thick. Weight is 12 grams or 0.40 oz. | ||
