Joe H Quintana worked from the 1902's until 1991, he was ahead of his time in that much of his work along with Morris Robinson's was very modern in style.
This dainty necklace has a fine high domed cab of fine # 8 mine turquoise. The pendant is 2 1/2" long and the necklace meausres about 16". Weight is 12 grams. Excellent vintage condition, hallmarked by the artist.

I love bug jewelry! I do not buy much though, since most of it is pretty ordinary. Occasionally I fine a special piece like this one.
I believe this pin dates from the 1930's it is beautifully detailed and has nice grade turquoise eyes. Not signed, but the smith was a master.
Excellent vintage condition, 2 1/8" long by about 2" wide. 16 grams.
A true collector's piece.

Bernard Dawahoya had been working at least since 1956 and passed away in 2011. He did beautiful work.
These earrings are from the time he worked with Hopicraft and have his hallmark along with the Hopicraft mark. Screw back about 1 1/16" long by 3/8" wide overlay silver. Excellent vintage condition, date from the 1960's.

Willie Yazzie Sr. is one of those highly underrated Native American jewelers who is just now starting to be recognized. He was an early adapter of the overlay style of jewelry, starting to use it in the late 1950's. This bracelet is probably from the 1970's or so. It is 1 1/2" wide and 5 3/4" inner circumference PLUS a 1 3/4" gap which can be carefully adjusted. It depicts a turtle and abstract designs, and is very nicely made. Hallmarked by the artist. Excellent vintage condition.

Michael Bird-Romero is one of the best known as respected Native American jewelers working. He started in 1972 and has won many awards and is in many museum collections. His work is always beautifully finished, and never mass produced. He makes everything by hand -- even his own ingot silver.
This beautiful pin is 1 5/16" wide at the rattle snake ( which is 14K gold cast ) and 4 1/2" long. The snake's expression is very sweet. Hallmarked by the artist.

Allan Wallace is Maidu and Washo, his work is like that of Carl Clark, but in an abstract style of micro mosaic. He has been working since 1978 and his work is difficult to come by. He is in Schaff's book. This ring is in good vintage condition size 6 3/4 and about 1 1/2" long. Inlay is shell and turquoise, hallmarked.

Jim Harrison started working in 1981 and has been published in several books including Schaff's big book. This beautiful pair of ear rings is about 1" long and 1" wide. Stones are lapis, coral or spiny oyster, shell, and jet inlaid in silver. Excellent vintage condition, signed by the artist.

Manuel Hoyungwa worked with his uncle Preston Monongye from 1975 before starting to make jewelry on his own. This piece most likely dates from about 1980 or so. I think these are supposed to be overlay bears, but they look more like moose to me! The bracelet is hallmarked by the artist and has an inner circumference of about 5 1/8" PLUS a 1 1/4" gap and can be easily adjusted. It is just under 1/2" wide.

Gilbert " Dino " Garcia is one of only a few working jewelers at Santo Domingo Pueblo. He worked with his grandfather Leo Coriz. This fine tufa cast bracelet has a migration design on the front with pueblo symbols on the back. Tufa casting allows for only a few of the same item to be cast until the mold breaks. This bracelet is hallmarked by the artist and is 5 3/8" inner circumference PLUS a 1 1/4" gap, about 1/2" wide and heavy silver.

This dainty bracelet was published on page 17 of Jerry & Lois Jacka's book " Art of the Hopi ". It dates from teh 1930's and is typical of the Fred Harvey style of Native American silver from that time period. Set with a nice hand cut and polished turquoise stone, it is approximately 1/2" wide and has an inside circumference of about 5 1/4" PLUS a 1 1/8" gap, and can be easily adjusted. Hallmarked on the back with and H and the snake hallmark used by Morris Robinson...

These are a super collector's item. Delmar Lamson only made jewelry for 4 years, he was trained at the Guild and started working in 1985. Unfortunately, he passed away in 1988, so his work is very hard to find.
These wonderful butterfly earrings are made of sterling and signed with his hallmark and the guild mark, they also come with the original Hopi Arts and Crafts - Silvercraft Guild display card.
about 3/4" diameter, clip on, excellent vintage condition.
