A beautifully simple and rare pair of Chinese Longquan porcelain pottery with celadon glaze octagonal tea cup pair. These are of the light color porcelain ceramic body variety with a fenqing powdery blue-green type thick glaze, no crackle. The octagonal shape is quite rare and highly desirable, excellent condition, no chips or cracks. About 8 cm wide by 5 cm tall. Circa 1200 AD.

Beautiful and very nicely detailed work. Shibuichi base with silver, copper, gold and shakudo highlights. The frog is copper with double inlaid eyes and inlaid spots, the lotus pod is complete with tiny seeds. Minor wear, excellent condition. 4 13/16" long, 9/16" wide and 3/8" tall. A true masterpiece.

A beautiful chawan for Cha no yu made by Miwa Toshiyuki. The Miwa family has produced 3 ningen kokuho ( living national treasure ) potters. Wallie Sekayumptewa started working in 1948 and stopped in 1967. He also worked a little in the 1990's. He was a member of the Reed Clan. His work is hard to find now and is very collectible. These earrings date from the 1950's and are about 13/16" tall by 9/16" wide. Excellent worn condition. Hallmarked with crossed arrows.

Austin Wilson was Ike Wilson's brother and they both sold many items through C. G. Wallace. He was listed in Adair's book published in the 1940's and work from the 1930's into the 1960's, this bracelet most likely dates from the 1940's when turquoise was hard to get. Measurements are 5 1/2" PLUS a 1 1/4" gap that could be carefully adjusted. It is about 13/16" wide. Hallmarked on the back with his bow and arrow symbol. Excellent condition, a great collector's piece.
