$388.00

While not well known Chee Keams ( 1922-2006 ) had a long career making jewelry. He taught Phil Loretto and others the craft. His work is in the collection of the National Museum of the American Indian. While this hallmark is not typical, it was apparently used later in his career. This beautiful necklace consists of a series of graduated flattened silver beads -- the largest set with coral. The larges bead is about 1 1/2" by 1/1/4" the smallest is about 1" by 5/8". 26" long, 67 grams. Marked sterling and the artist's hallmark. dates from the 1970's. Excellent condition.
