Beautiful old pin made of silver and spiny oyster shell made by Ivan Kee the brother of Allen and George Kee who all worked at the White Hogan shop. Ivan began working in the 1940's and continued until his death in 1982. I believe this pin to be early work judging by the style and the fact that he used shell instead of turquoise ( turquoise was almost impossible to get between 1941 and 1946 ). Marked I. Kee and .925 on the back along with another hallmark he used ealry in his career. About 2 1/4" long by 7/8" wide 12 grams excellent condition.
