Bronze handle attachment showing an elderly satyr wearing a wreath of ivy leaves and korymbs in his thick hair.
Rendered with a high forehead and lids barely open from sleep or drunkenness. The strands of the whiskers and the mustache enchased after casting. The mask is slightly bent and hollow on the back side.
Most likely from a two-handled bowl (lebes). The movable strap handle is inserted from two sides into the mask.
