Egyptian Terracotta Erotes, Roman Per., 2nd/3rd Cent AD
Egyptian altar or pedestal decorated with the busts of cheerful Erotes. The three preserved heads show chubby features and wild curls rendered with the modeling stick. Vestigial wings between the heads.
