| A small Chinese Bronze altar piece in the form of an Elephant carrying a vase standing on a lotus base. In Chinese symbolism an Elephant carrying a vase symbolises 'peace and serenity'. This little personification of serenity measures 4¾ inches tall and is quite heavy for his size. Dates to the 19th century. | ||
