Relics of the Nile is pleased to present this large seated boat figure with original pigment. This figure has nicely rendered facial features with original pigments of black, red and white remaining. The facial features are presented with black cosmetic details with black hair. One arm is missing, however the right arm remains. The figure measures a large 4.75" in height and 2.25" in depth...

This is a nice piece. It's a large, weathered limestone button scarab which dates to the Late Period in Egyptian history (circa 600 B.C.). Measures: 1.2" in length. Condition: Intact with obvious water abrasion to the surface. Provenance provided to purchaser.

Relics of the Nile is pleased to present this detailed ancient Greek bronze coin. The coin features the a choice patina with the head of an emperor on the obverse. The reverse of the coin features a standing figure flanked with Greek text on either side. This is a lovely example that measures 3/4" in diameter. Ex-McInnis Collection.

This rare juglet type is typical of the form that was popular in Judea during the Iron Age II Period (circa 1000 - 586 B.C.). Nice design and beautiful coloring. This jug measures 3.5" tall. For your consideration is this nice, Holyland pottery juglet. Originally used as a dipper or juglet. This piece dates from the time of David, Iron Age II (circa 930-586 BC), First Temple Period. The facial features on the mask are expertly rendered with a detailed nose with nostrils and a serene expression carved on the lips. This is a rare example that would have been incorporated into the cartonnage wrappings of the mummy. During this time the deceased was wrapped in a full cartonnage encasement, however the face was carved of wood and sewn int the cartonnage...

The Pyxis remains completely intact with no restoration and features a design of palmettes with a nicely detailed figure of Eros on the side. Offered here is an outstanding Greek Apulian Kylix. The kylix has a splendid body form with beautiful intact handles that curl slighly upward at the tips. The feature of this piece is the nice band of grapevines that surrounds the piece on both the inside and the outside. In addition, this kylix features Medusas' stamp, which adds even more value and beauty to this piece. There is little wear to this piece and it remains fully intact and without restoration...

The Lekanis remains in excellent, intact condition with only standard wear and minor chips that do not detract. The lid of the lekanis features palmette design with a lady of fashion and a banded design around the base. Both handles remain intact and the piece measures 9cm high x 18cm in diameter. She stands on a rectangular plinth with her left hand on her stomach and her right hand resting on what is possibly the edge of a piece of furniture or the top of a large jug. She wears a garment that ancient Greek women at the height of the Classical period wore with a nicely styled beaded necklace and flowing hair...

Colima Archaic Warrior holding a club-Standing in a fluid motion-like filled position with arms raised at the ready at the ready holding a club. A spread feather –like attachment is strapped to the back with straps that chris cross the chest. Applied donut circular eyes typical of the archaic style. Applied strips form a helmet and chin strap. Buff clay with good deposits. The holes on the back suggests that it may have served as a whistle...
