Leo Posillico Leo Posillico was born in Westbury, Long Island, New York. Posillico was always drawn to art. His career began with drama which later turned into a career in painting as his preferred means of communicating with his audiences. In the 1960's he attended New York's school of Visual Arts. He won his first award in Los Angeles where he was awarded the Art Director's Award for three consecutive years. He works with the mediums with the acrylic, India ink, and other applications to create unique works. His style is so original that one cannot help but be drawn into the framework of Posillico's world. Once exposed, the viewer will find it difficult to withdraw from the canvas. His works have been collected in many parts of the world, including Japan. |
