| The size of Okimono: 7 3/4" Long x 3 1/4" Wide x 8 1/8" High. Very nice and charming Japanese Bizen Yaki Okimono in the subject of Rooster Family. There is rooster and two chiks on each side with finely made. Okimono made by Artist name Yoshinobu Eishu who is Bizen artist. His signature on the right backside of rooster. It came wih nice Tomobako (Kiri-paulownia wood). It is said Bizen, Tori(on the right top). It is signed by Eishu and his chop seal. Also, it came with Tomonuno( orange cloth with his chop seal on it). The condition of Okimono excellent, no chip, no crack and no hairline. The bottom of Okimono show little Kamadashi Ato(kiln mark when it removed from kiln, no problem, it manytime happened when pulled out from kiln), and not damage. Dating from 1960-70. The hole on the top of rooster is air hole. | ||||||||||||||
