| The size of Bowl: 7 1/8" Dia x 2 3/4" High. Fine Japanese Ko Imari Sometsuke Porcelain Bowl. It is pretty good size bowl which not much seen this size bowl. The bowl is made with unusual shape with fine quality procelain and glazing. The inside bowl, top rim area with very fine Shiranuki technique finish in geometric design. Below the rim area with finely painted sometsuke(blue and white) work of flower design with fine gosu gradation work. The center of bowl with flower design. Outside has flower design. The condition of bowl is excellent, no chip, no crack and no hairline. The bowl sit well. Dating from late 18c to early 19c, Edo Kouki, 1790-1810. | |||||||||||||||
