| The size of Tsuka: 5 5/8" Long x 1 9/16" x 7/8" at Fuchi. It has beautiful Menuki with the design of Samurai and ship scene which is from Genpai battle. It has fine Kinko works. Menuki size 2" long. The work of copper, silver and gold works. Fuchi has the gold inlaid work over pine leaves. Fuchi Kashira has the design of man with fan covering his face. The front of him with boy with looking up to him, the face of little boy expression is wonderful. It is finished with copper, silver and gold inlaid. The old rust need to be removed in order to see whole viewing. Tsuka is made by hard wood probablly oak. Little wear spot on wooden handle. Dating from Edo. | |||||||||||||
