| The cylindrical Linguam carved in deep relief with eight horizontal bands of Linguams. The piece topped by a blossoming lotus flower. This splendid, rare, sandstone piece is 80 cms (2.7 Ft) on its mount. The Khmer Linguam dates back to Angkor Baphuon period, 11th Century. Acquired by the Gallery in late 2012, previously acquired in early 30's and thence by descent. | |||||||
