| Great early Victorian reverse painted hand made ivory patch box. This box is lined with tortoise shell. It has a great hand painted top. The condition is very good, the top fits perfectly on the bottom. There is a small chip in the tortoise lining that can only be seen when the box is open. You can clearly see the cross hatch graining. Guaranteed antique elephant ivory. | ||
