The dish very large and in exceptional condition for the early European type of faiance!.

Fine scalloped and lobed faiance dish with floral decoration.

Size: ca. 35 cm. wide!

Condition: Choice for the type! The dish has a small closed hairline from the rim, perhaps 3-4 cm. long. Flaws from the making and some very limited wear to the edges.

Savona blue-and-white, Of waisted shape, decorated with saint of bishop knealing before christ hanging on a cross.

Condition: A chip to the footring, some light wear and glaze-imperfections from the making. Very nice for type and age!!

Exceptionally rare and important German stoneware vase, dating 1650-1680!

The vase is huge! Overall finely decorated with incised decorations, applied floral rosettes and cobalt blue glaze.

Wonderful crips and rather thin pottery, typical of the ware prior to 1680, so we find a dating nearer to 1650 more likely. Size: 29 cm. high and c. 17,5 cm. wide over the belly...
