A very unusual large Scarab, unengraved in the bottom and likely a heart Scarab. It was carved in a beautiful piece of banded Agate, now petrified so that some layers are calcy white or beige in colour, others layers are in transperant agate - splendid rare stone!

A very rare and large Steatite Scarab, Egyptian dating to the 25th. dynasty, reign of Shabaka.

The seal is engraved with a double cartouche scarabs - Nefer ka Re for the Late Period, 25th Dynasty. Done in a steatite.

Nefer Ka Re translates to "Beautiful is the soul of Re". Shabaka was a Nubian Pharaoh of the 25th Dynasty. Scholars have generally agreed that he came to the throne in about 715 B.C. However, some think that it may have been 712 B.C...

A large bronze amulet of the god of perfumes ,Nefertem, Saite, c.664-525 BC

He is wearing characteristic lotus headdress with stylized plumes and two necklace counterpoises, which are symbols of fertility. He wears a tripartite wig with uraeus and is dressed in a short kilt, arms at sides.
