A very fine and completely intact Gnathian-ware trefoil oinochoe, Magnia Graecia, c. 350 - 320 BC.

The neck and shoulder decorated with banding, a vine and tendril device below. Also known as a 'lip jug', this type of vessel was often used for serving wine or water and was refilled by dipping it into a larger krater or similar basin.

Height: 13 cm.

Condition: Choice and completely intact with a rather good full glaze for the type Ex...

A beautiful ancient Greek Apulian net Lekythos, dating to approximately 350 B.C.

The bottle with disc base, spherical body, elegant neck and collared rim, a small loop handle arches from the neck to the shoulder of the piece. Decorated with black net pattern.

Pieces such as this were used for storing perfumes and othe valuable cosmetics in antiquity.

Height: Near 15 cm.

An extremely rare and important Etruscan offer bowl (omphalos), made in thick terracotta glazed pottery, 400-300 BC.

This shallow terracotta bowl is molded after bronze vessels and has a dome-like omphalos emerging from its interior. Around the omphalos are deep relief decorations. Very rare in terracotta.

The exterior is finely glazed and the bowl has two holes for hanging, typical for the Etruscan ware.
