A very beautyful and rare Greek stamp seal, dating to 600-400 BC. The stamp seal is large and elegantly polished in a brown stone. The seal is carved with the image of a horse and the letter 'A'. The horse is done in a wonderful late archaic style. Size: 28 mm. Condition: Choice! A very thin hairline in the stone is only just visible and is either a natural striation in the brown stone or a repair line from a break. In any case, no distraction. Ex.
