Pair of Chinese porcelain BOWLS with STEMBOWL Covers decorated in polychrome enamels with HORSES against a persimon-red ground. Nien-Hao ( seal mark) of "Ta Ching Tung-Chih Nien Chih," Dynasty (1862-1875) and of the period. Condition: One is perfect, both top and bottom, the other has a rim chip in the bottom and the top is fine. Dimensions are 4.8 inches (15cms) in height and 4.1" (10.l4cms )in diameter.

Large JAPANESE Cast-Iron Tea Kettle or Tetsubin with a pine and flying crane motif on the body in relief and the lid with a pine cone finial. Condition is good, some wear to the edge of the lid. One scene is of two women in a house in garden with rocks and trees and the other is of a man fishing and a woman farming with bamboo, pine and pavillions. All the colors are soft and muted. Good detail. The borders are of floral displays interspersed with buddhist scrolls and sutras. Condition is excellent. 20.5 inches in height x 16.75 inches in width. Circa 1900-1920.
