a beautifully framed THAILAND orange pastel stone rubbing of a CHIMERA (mythological creature who guards Buddhist temples) with a matching orange silk matt and imitation gold bamboo frame with glass. Condition of rubbing signed in lower left corner "Rachasinoha" and in lower right corner"K Hompe"is good. The top of frame has some loss of gold from frame only. Dimensions are 22.75" (58 cm) x 21.75" (55 cm) and the dimensions of the rubbing are 17.75" (45 cm) x 16.5" (42.5 cm) Circa: late 1960's.
