Korean celadon BOWL with three (3) inlaid chrysanthemums and three (3) inlaid concentric rings in the cavetto. The Chrysanthemum is a symbol of well-being and abundance because of the chrysanthemum flower's many petals. Condition: There is a chip, one centimeter at the widest on the inside of the rim (visible in picture #1) There is also some kiln "grit" and some protrusions in the glaze on the back of the bowl which are also visible. Nonetheless, this is still an authentic Korean 14th Century celadon bowl with inlay artistry and no restorations, or cracks. The color is also quite appealing. Dimensions: 7" x 2.75" or 18 x 7 cm.
