Japanese Itto-Bori carved SCULPTURE children

Two young Japanese girls whispering secrets to one another almost ready to burst out laughing, seated on a wooden rectangular platform, with an impressed and painted seal mark on the back (see enlargement #3 ) Circa: 1920-1930. Dimensions are 9" x 5" x 8.75" in height. Condition is excellent. All carved from a single piece of wood and painted in pastel colors.
