| Chinese, Cizhou Black-Glazed Stonewear Conical BOWL with "Partridge-Feather Mottles" witht the sides flaring before rounding up to the rim, ith a lustous black glaze liberally splashed on the interior wih russet and with some russet streaks on the exterior falling from the rim towards where the glaze ends in an irregular line to expose the finely grained ware. Restored breaks. Northern Song Dynasty. Provenance: Stephen Junkunc, III, from Christie's Fine Chinese Ceramics and Works of Art Auction, March 19, 2008, Lot # 547 in NYC.
