| 14K Rose Gold, Diamond & Spinel Ring. Circa. 1950 Gold tested with 14K acid. A wonderful red spinel surrounded by two diamonds. This spinel has the most wonderful color. Spinel is a semi-precious stone which comes in various colors, including clear. Red is the most valuable of spinels. This red spinel works wonderfully with the diamonds. Spinel tested with refractive index liquid. Both diamonds tested with a diamond tester. Both diamonds are I color, VVS1. One diamond weighs approximately .40 carats, the second diamond weighs approximately .45 carats. Size 7 1/4 Suitable for a man or a woman. The face of the ring is 1/4 inch in width.
