| Georgian Garnet Ring Circa. 1780 British Georgian hand-painted ring with garnets. This treasure is a hand-painted pair of hearts, tied together with bow at bottom. Initials GM and LO are stated. 22 square cut cushion garnets surround the painting, and work as a frame. Garnets tested with refractive index liquid. The oval ring measures 5/8 inch high and 1/2 inch wide. Size 7 1/2 Can be easily sized by a jeweler. 2.7 gr. 1.7 dwt. In very good original condition. | |||||||||||
