We offer a Money back Guarantee should any item not be in compliance with our description. Nevertheless, return shipping and insurance costs are not covered by our guarantee, i.e. are always at buyer's expense, regardless of reason for return. Returned goods must be returned within 4 working days after receipt if found not to be as described, in exactly the same condition received, whilst using the same or equivalent packaging materials. We offer DHL, and UPS with worldwide coverage, 3-7 day priority door to door courier or airfreight> by a recognised shipping agent. Voluminous and heavy items will be shipped by seafreight after adequate packing and crating/fumigating when needed for protection/by law. Insurance is strongly recommended and the cost amounts to 4% of the declared value and is at buyer's expense, just like actual shipping/packing costs. Shipping several items at the same time naturally saves you shipping expenses, so we recommend good planning before ordering items.
Customs duties, documentation, broker's fees for clearance at destination, if any, are naturally always borne by the buyer, not SwisSiam. Thank you.
