Rare and slender Silver/Paktong Opium Pipe, QING Dynasty. The damper/bowl is in the shape of a poppy/opium bulb and is held by a hand. This hand holding the bulb/damper has a very distinct double fish engraved on it's base which in Feng Shui is the symbol of wealth, abundance and attracting good luck (see photograph #4). A delightful and rare Antique Chinese good quality Silver Pumpkin shape box, ca. 1840. Has intricate details and a leaf on top. Very good condition and workmanship, no repairs or alterations. Size: H. 4 cm. x 7 cm. diameter (1.5" x 2.75"). Bottom has clear pinpointed Chinese character mark.
