Exquisite PAIR of rare hand carved gilt wooden Cupid Angels from Mandalay, Burma. Finely gilt and decorated with colored mirror inlays, 19th Century. Good condition, size: H. 26.5" x W. 15" x D. 5.5" including base.

Very rare hand carved Baroque Church Putto (Cherub), wood with traces of gilding and polychrome paint, made for corner/angle where 2 walls join. Wood shows 2 cracks, toes of right foot are missing because of age, otherwise in good overall condition. Size: H. 12" x W. 9" x D. 8" Unique collector's item!

Magnificent 19th Century standing Mandalay Buddha, wood with lacquer patina and gilding, standing on a lotus flower socle. The slender body wears an elaborate monk's garment. Fine workmanship including a beautiful turquoise headband (rarely found) and silver colored glass inlays on the borders of the flowing robe and the lotus pedestal. The Buddhas's left hand clasps his robe, the right one holds a myrobalan fruit. Very good condition considering the age...
