Superior quality wooden Opium Pipe with Jade end and mouthpiece. 19th Century, China. Paktong, copper and brass saddle depicting bats and finely inlaid with various cabochons (colors are green, orange, red, gray and blue). A nice stoneware original bowl which is clearly marked. Rare silver OPIUM PIPE Tweezers/Needle, often also used in Persia and S-E Asia with short opium pipes, 19th Century, nice condition. Size 8" (20 cm.). This item was made for dual use, i.e. one end served as tweezers, the other as a pointed needle for cleaning. A true find for collectors!

Finely sculptured Ganesha bronze from West India, 17th Century, surrounded by a stylized aura ring, topped by a divine protective head and a beautiful engraved lotus flower base. An attractive small Chinese archaic nephrite jade carving of a mythological beast. The head has barred teeth and is turned to look backward over it's haunches to which are attached wing-like structures. The bushy tail twists and spirals in a circle and it's feet repose on a sleigh-like pierced base. Finest condition, Size: L. 7 cm x 4.75 cm
