From Jerusalem, you are considering a very rare ancient red slip Crusader oil lamp with a handle. This type is referred to as “saucer lamps” or “beehive lamps”. The lamp is made from a wheel made bowl slightly pinched where the wick was placed with a small shallow bowl in the middle of it.
