For Fenton's 100th year (2005), they made many signed, commemorative pieces. This Founder's Vase with a handpainted dahlia motif was created from Frank L. Fenton's old sketches. It is red stretch glass with bottom pedestal. This piece is often listed WITHOUT its base (golden yellow, lightly irridized). Here we have them rightfully together -- as they should be. Bottom is signed: 100th Anniversary Founder's Vase, Frank L. Fenton, Founder, 1905; and signed by Frank M. Fenton, George W. Fenton and by the artist (really, I can not make it out). See second photo. In original box, with label -- mint condition.
