A trio of ear plugs from Papua New Guinea. They range from 2-1/2” to 3-3/8” in diameter and are made from coconut. Each is decorated with a nicely carved design. A rare find in this condition, all with intact stems. $85

A fine shell pectoral necklace from the Central Highlands of Papua New Guinea, ca. early 20th Century. It consists of two large, hinged shell pieces tied with fiber and bound with cloth. That material is used to suspend a shell pendant and has numerous small cowrie shells attached to it. Extensively worn, minor damage, comes in old display case.
