| A rare Lambayeque (Sican) erotic vessel from Peru, ca. 700 – 1350 AD. This beautifully burnished orangeware bottle is 8-1/2” high and depicts a couple making love. They are portrayed on a decorated blanket or cushion and the male has an unusually expressive face. The chamber has simple decorations and the flared base is incised with the typical step pyramid designs. In excellent condition, with good mineral and burial deposits. | ||
