| A superb Vicus polychrome bird vessel from Peru, ca. 200 BC - 200 AD. It is 8-1/4" long and is painted in cream and black over the red slip, using both positive and negative resist technique. The eyes are appliqués and the beak is incised. An exceptional example, showing good deposits. In excellent condition, with tiny repair to tip of beak. | ||
