| A nice Mayan polychrome tetrapod from El Salvador, ca. 600 AD, 9-1/2" diameter, 5" high. The central motif is a jaguar, with clawed feet and protruding tongue. The rim, as well as the underside are elaborately painted with bold geometric patterns. Rattles are built into the legs, one of which is reattached. | ||
