Japanese mid 19th century gosu-blue big oval shaped tripod Satsuma Vase with unusual moriage raised lines on the body, four sculptural feet , and two relieved oval panels. One panel is decorated with a rickshaw cabin with Ikebana basket with beautiful flowers and leaves next to balcony surrounded with clouds . Another panel has three boys and a girl: a boy with a horn, a girl with a drum, another boy on a toy-horse , and one more boy with an umbrella in his hands , and a palm-like plant behind a fence. The rimmed background of the vase is finely decorated with various symbolic logos ,shells, feathers , hat, fan , a drum, scrolls , etc. The feet and a top of the vase has fine symbolic decorations and small scrolls (over the top) with various symbolic floral ornaments). The top of the rim has gold decorations. 10 3/4" tall x 11" D
