Japanese Satsuma Okimono of a man w/ pipe
Fine Japanese Meiji Period (1868-1912) hand-decorated Satsuma Okimono of a seated man with a pipe in his right hand , a gourd in his left hand and a koi over his arm. The Okimono is attributed to Chin Jukan. The man rests over some kind of Bamboo rug. The expression on his face is life-like; the okimono is very detailed. 4 7/8" tall x 3 3/4" x 3 1/2" deep.
