Japanese Meiji Period (1868-1912) multi-metal - silver, shakudo, gold, and red copper Okimono of a standing rooster on an original wooden base, signed by an artist. The Okimono is very detailed; Rooster's tail, legs and a beak are made from shakudo; the body is silver, feathers are fine carved and its head is red copper. Rooster's eye centers are inlaid with gold. Okimono is removable from the base. It has an original age patina.
It is a very fine museum quality and rare okimono.
All parts are original. There are no damages and no losses
