| A Wonderful Antique Ivory Celluloid Victorian Hand Brooch Pin with Tinted Rose. This beautiful antique piece is made of early plastic to simulate carved ivory. It is probably celluloid, an early plastic that was first produced when there was a shortage of ivory, prized for its soft ivory color and extreme durability. The brooch is in the form of a Victorian Era hand holds a fan and adorned with tinted rose. The piece is estimated to date to circa 1920's. The brooch measures about 2 1/2 inches long by about 1 5/16 inches wide and is in lovely vintage condition. | ||||||
