| The Art Nouveau period was very brief from about 1890 to about 1910 and examples are very scarce on the market today. Pieces reflect natural designs, flowing lines, and flora and fauna motifs. The workmanship and standard was superb at the time. Some of the best jewelry ever produced was made during this wonderful Period. The designs are unforgettable and the beauty timeless. For your consideration is this ABSOLUTELY EXQUISITE ANTIQUE ART NOUVEAU ENAMELED BROOCH UPON GOLD, ORIGINAL circa 1905 ERA. This is a rare example of polycrome enameling in a beautiful Art Nouveau motif. Examples such as these are very few and far between today. In the center of the beautiful flower is a genuine Pearl. The enamel is done upon 10K Gold, marked in the reverse side. Overall it measures about 1 1/8 inch long by about 7/16 inch wide and is in beautiful estate condition. | ||||||||
