An exceptional example of an orignal vintage diamond ring from the art deco era, a perfect antique wedding ring circa 1920. The setting is an original beauty with antique faceted sapphires on each side and a beautiful white diamond in the center, approximately .25ct in diamond weight. The setting is composed of solid 18K white gold with a Platinum or Rhodium finish, giving it its crisp clean beautiful appearance. The details and engraving on the filigree openwork is truly amazing and you will not find an original from this era in better condition. Most likely made in the New York area where the most famous of jewelers worked during the Edwardian and Art Deco period. This ring dates circa 1920 and is in beautiful estate condition. It measures about 5/16 inch long by about 3/4 inch wide. Ring Size: approximately 5 1/4 and could be resized by your local jeweler or ask me about using mine before shipping. The engraving carries down the sides but there is a blank area in the center of the shank for sizing. You just will not find this kind of hand detailing and crisp finish on modern day reproductions. Beautiful examples like this do not come along often and do not last long in my inventory, so please do not hesitate if you are considering this beautiful vintage diamond ring.
