Assemblage of antique glass beads from Cambodia. It is difficult to give an exact date on these but I am confident that they are at least over 700 years old as similar six lobed “pumpkin” beads are documented in the Simon Kwan book on Early Chinese Glass as being manufactured in China during the Yuan Dynasty although I really cannot say for certainty that they are of Chinese origin. Anyway these are lovely set; please note the enlargements to appreciate the true beauty, as the main photo does not do them justice. Total of 85 beads L: 67.cm/26.5in. They are in overall good condition while a few appeared to be eroded and were possibly dredged up from a river or the sea.
