It is said that back in the late 60's & early 70's at College gift days, woven sterling silver adjustable ones also called "Elephant Hair Bracelets" w pachyderm charms were often found. 9/15 Reply to BD: To examine the vintage / antique elephant hair bracelet available, please view images 7 - 11 with captions. This is a 15 hair bracelet. Note the rare intricately woven knots. This must have been woven decades ago by a very talented "weaver", while modern ones' knots are simple boxes.
The one with the ivory can Not be sold.
